There are two directors of Tockfield Limited each with a 50% shareholding, these being Christoper Coupe and myself Selwyn Cheadle.
Both directors have work well together over the years by respecting each others fields of management and points of view.
Chris has played the part of Production Director and motivator and I have played the part of Company Secretary and administrator.
We have always worked very closely together in having short afternoon meetings every working day to ponder potential problems and aleviate them before they happen. This is what we do best. We make sure that the high quality products and services that we provide are delivered on time and every time so that our customers can get on with building their businesses.
Both Chris and I were brought up in hard working families in Derbyshire where once we left school we were expected to get a job and pay board and lodgings, going on the dole was not an opion for iether of us as that would shame our respected families who had never recieved or asked for any handouts themselves. When we came into business together this good honests upbringing has done us proud.
